Marlene Lavecchia is responsible for the management and operation of all Sherson retail stores. Her results-driven nature and sense of humour, combined with her ability to delegate and motivate, make her a natural-born leader. When it comes to building and maintaining teams that consistently achieve sales budgets, her track record is outstanding.

Marlene kicked off her career in the Tip Top division of Dylex, moving on to the Laura Group, Cotton Ginny and Nine West before eventually joining Sherson in 1999. Along the way, she acquired a wealth of knowledge with respect to new store openings, HR issues, marketing and inventory management.

With a passion for fashion that goes beyond her resumé, Marlene is well respected for her ability to tastefully and gracefully incorporate current fashion trends into her wardrobe. She is also incredibly skilled when it comes to wearing high heels for extensive durations of time.
